  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the soaked azuki beans.
  2. In a pot, add the beans and water. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until beans are tender.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and stir well.
