Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs at room temperature
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 200 g Bread Flour sifted
  • 100 ml Honey dissolved in 3 tablespoon warm water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Gradually add the sugar and continue to beat until the mixture is thick and pale.
  3. Fold in the sifted bread flour gently until well combined.
  4. Add the honey mixture and fold until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and tap the pan lightly to remove air bubbles.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
