Dango Ingredients

  • 100 g Shiratamako (glutinous rice flour)
  • 100 g Joushinko (non-glutinous rice flour)
  • 120 ml Water

Instructions 

  1. Mix the shiratamako and joushinko in a bowl.
  2. Gradually add water and knead until the dough is smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls.
  4. Boil water in a pot and cook the dango balls until they float.
  5. Skewer the cooked dango balls and serve.
