  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 sheet Nori (seaweed) cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Bonito flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Toast sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. Mix toasted sesame seeds with nori, bonito flakes, salt, and sugar.
  3. Store in a jar and sprinkle over rice as desired.
