Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Hamachi (Japanese Yellowtail) sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 pcs Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add sliced Hamachi to the bowl and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated Hamachi for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. 4. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
