Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, egg, panko breadcrumbs, milk, soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. 2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into oval patties.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Place the patties in the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
