- 1 block Silken Tofu chilled
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
- 1 tablespoon Bonito Flakes
1. Cut the chilled tofu into cubes.
2. Place the tofu cubes on a plate.
3. Drizzle soy sauce over the tofu.
4. Top with grated ginger, chopped green onions, and bonito flakes.
5. Serve immediately.
