Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 pieces Inari Age (Seasoned Fried Tofu Pockets)

Instructions 

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
  3. Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a mixing bowl and gently fold in the vinegar mixture.
  4. Let the rice cool to room temperature.
  5. Open each Inari Age pocket and stuff with the seasoned rice.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
