Instant Pot Japanese Rice
This is a simple and quick recipe for making Japanese rice using an Instant Pot.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Japanese short-grain rice
- 2 cups Water
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Add the rinsed rice and water to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to 'Rice' mode or manual high pressure for 12 minutes.
Once the cooking time is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
