  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Clean the abalone and remove the guts.
  2. 2. Slice the abalone into thin pieces.
  3. 3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the abalone slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. 6. Add soy sauce, sake, and mirin. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
