Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 liter Water
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted Barley

Instructions 

  1. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of roasted barley to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  5. Strain the tea into a pitcher and refrigerate until cold.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
