Roasted Barley
Instructions
Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a pot.
Add 2 tablespoons of roasted barley to the boiling water.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Strain the tea into a pitcher and refrigerate until cold.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
