Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork Belly sliced into ½ inch thick pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add the pork belly slices to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the pork belly slices for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely charred and cooked through.
  5. 5. Baste the pork belly with the remaining marinade during grilling for extra flavor.
