  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • ¼ cup Sake
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add pork chops to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
