- 1 kg Chicken wings
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- ¼ cup Sake
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon Grated garlic
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and mix well to coat.
4. Place the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden and cooked through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
