  • 1 kg Chicken wings
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • ¼ cup Sake
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Grated garlic

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  3. 3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and mix well to coat.
  4. 4. Place the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5. Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden and cooked through.
