Ingredients

  • 200 g Bean Sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sesame oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
