A simple and delicious Japanese bean sprout recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Bean Sprouts
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
Heat the wok over medium-high heat.
Add sesame oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
