Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot over steamed rice.
