Instructions
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the broccoli and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Mix in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot over steamed rice.
