Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 pack Dumpling Wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. 3. Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges with water.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Place the dumplings in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Add a splash of water to the pan, cover, and steam for another 5-7 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
