Main Ingredients
- 200 g Ground Beef
- 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 pack Dumpling Wrappers
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
3. Fold the wrapper over the filling and seal the edges with water.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
5. Place the dumplings in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
6. Add a splash of water to the pan, cover, and steam for another 5-7 minutes.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
