  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
