Japanese Beef Soup

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef, thinly sliced
- 1 large Onion, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 piece Ginger, minced
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Daikon radish, sliced
- 2 cups Spinach
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
2. Add the sliced onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the beef slices and cook until browned.
4. Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, and mirin. Bring to a boil.
5. Add the carrots and daikon radish. Simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Add the spinach and cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
