Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 Bell peppers, sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. Add the remaining oil to the wok. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the onion and bell peppers. Stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  5. 5. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well.
  6. 6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
