  • 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • ½ cup Mirin
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
