Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Bitter Melon (Goya) medium-sized
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 pinch Salt
1. Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
2. Slice the bitter melon into thin pieces.
3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
5. Add the sliced bitter melon and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
6. Add soy sauce and a pinch of salt, and stir well.
7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the bitter melon is tender.
8. Serve hot as a side dish.
