  • 2 pieces Bitter Melon (Goya) medium-sized
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. 2. Slice the bitter melon into thin pieces.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the sliced bitter melon and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Add soy sauce and a pinch of salt, and stir well.
  7. 7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the bitter melon is tender.
  8. 8. Serve hot as a side dish.
