  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the bitter melon and remove the seeds.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the sliced bitter melon and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
