A simple and delicious Japanese black bean recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Black beans dried
- 4 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Rinse the black beans and soak them in water overnight.
Drain the beans and place them in a pot with 4 cups of water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add soy sauce and sugar, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
