Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bok Choy washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped bok choy to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
