Japanese Bok Choy Recipe
A simple and delicious Japanese-style bok choy recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Bok Choy washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chopped bok choy to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Pour in the soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
