  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup raisins optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Place the cubed bread in a baking dish and pour the milk mixture over it. Let it sit for 10 minutes to soak.
  4. Sprinkle raisins over the top, if using.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
