Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussel Sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  3. Add the brussel sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce.
  4. Spread the brussel sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the brussel sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
