Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Soba Noodles
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Dashi Stock
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. 2. Add soba noodles and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain and rinse noodles under cold water.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.
  5. 5. Serve noodles in bowls and pour the sauce over them.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and wasabi (optional).
