  • 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked and seasoned
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken shredded
  • ¼ cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1 unit Avocado sliced
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese softened

Instructions 

  1. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  2. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.
  3. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  4. Layer chicken, avocado, and cream cheese in the center of the rice.
  5. Roll the sushi tightly using the sushi mat.
  6. Slice the roll into 8 pieces with a sharp knife.
