Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Add the beef slices and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  4. 4. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
