- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk Warm
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Butter Softened
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add flour, salt, and butter to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
5. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, shape into buns, and place on a baking tray.
6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
