Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 roots Burdock (Gobo) cleaned and julienned
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Clean and julienne the burdock roots.
  2. 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the burdock and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. 5. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
  6. 6. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
