  • 200 g Unsalted Butter softened
  • 100 g Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 250 g All-Purpose Flour sifted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the sifted flour and mix until just combined.
  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool on a wire rack.
