  • 2 cups Mochiko (sweet rice flour)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 2 large Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mochiko, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, vanilla extract, melted butter, and eggs.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool completely before cutting into pieces. Enjoy!
