  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the cabbage leaves until tender.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, onion, egg, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll up.
  4. 4. Place the rolls in a large pot, add water to cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
