Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 4 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onions

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and sesame seeds to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
