Japanese Cabbage Stir Fry
A simple and delicious Japanese cabbage stir fry recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage shredded
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional, for garnish
Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine.
Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve hot.
