  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve hot.
