Japanese Caesar Salad Recipe
A twist on the classic Caesar salad with a Japanese flair.

Salad
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- ½ cup Shredded nori
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Cherry tomatoes halved
Dressing
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Wasabi paste
- 1 clove Garlic minced
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, mayonnaise, wasabi paste, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, shredded nori, grated Parmesan cheese, and halved cherry tomatoes.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
Serve immediately.
