Ingredients 

Salad

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup Shredded nori
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Cherry tomatoes halved

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi paste
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, mayonnaise, wasabi paste, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, shredded nori, grated Parmesan cheese, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
