Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and seasoned
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 1 piece Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 piece Avocado sliced
  • 200 grams Imitation crab meat shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay out a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.
  2. 2. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori.
  3. 3. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the rice.
  4. 4. Flip the nori over so the rice is facing down.
  5. 5. Place cucumber, avocado, and imitation crab meat along the bottom edge of the nori.
  6. 6. Roll the sushi tightly using the sushi mat.
  7. 7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
  8. 8. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
