Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • 4 sheets Nori seaweed
  • 1 unit Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 unit Avocado sliced
  • 200 grams Imitation crab meat shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Pour over cooked sushi rice and mix well.
  2. 2. Place a nori sheet on the bamboo mat, shiny side down.
  3. 3. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  4. 4. Arrange cucumber strips, avocado slices, and imitation crab meat along the bottom edge of the nori.
  5. 5. Roll the bamboo mat away from you, pressing gently to shape the roll.
  6. 6. Slice the roll into 6-8 pieces with a sharp knife. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
