Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 100 g Bacon cut into small pieces
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 50 g Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, soy sauce, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the bacon. Remove from heat.
  5. 5. Quickly pour the egg mixture over the spaghetti and toss to combine. The residual heat will cook the eggs and create a creamy sauce.
