Main Ingredients
- 4 pcs Carrots medium-sized, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced carrots and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
3. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir well to coat the carrots.
4. Cook for another 10-12 minutes until the carrots are tender and the sauce has reduced.
5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
