Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Carrots medium-sized, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced carrots and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir well to coat the carrots.
  4. 4. Cook for another 10-12 minutes until the carrots are tender and the sauce has reduced.
  5. 5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
