Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Carrots, grated
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
1. Grate the carrots and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Pour the dressing over the grated carrots and toss to combine.
4. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the salad before serving.
