Japanese Catfish Recipe
A delicious Japanese-inspired catfish recipe that's simple to make.

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Catfish about 6 oz each
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 bunch Green onions sliced
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and grated ginger. Mix well.
Place catfish fillets in the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Remove catfish from marinade and cook in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
