Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Catfish about 6 oz each
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and grated ginger. Mix well.
  2. Place catfish fillets in the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Remove catfish from marinade and cook in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
