Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add cauliflower florets and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. 4. Pour in soy sauce and mirin, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
