Ingredients

  • 1 kg Pork Belly boneless
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Mirin
  • ½ cup Sake
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 piece Ginger sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
  2. In a baking dish, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the pork belly in the dish, ensuring it is well-coated with the sauce.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours, basting occasionally.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes to allow the pork to caramelize.
  6. Let the pork rest before slicing. Serve with your favorite ramen or rice.
