Japanese Cheeseburger
A delicious fusion of Japanese flavors and the classic cheeseburger.

Burger Patties
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Mirin
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
Burger Assembly
- 4 buns Burger Buns
- 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Tomato, sliced
- 1 cup Onion, sliced
- 1 cup Japanese Mayonnaise
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, mirin, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
5. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.
7. Assemble the burgers by placing the lettuce, tomato, onion, and the grilled patty with melted cheese on the buns. Top with Japanese mayonnaise.
