Japanese Cherry Blossom Jelly

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tablespoon Agar-agar powder
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cherry blossom essence
- 4 pieces Salt-pickled cherry blossoms Soaked in water to remove salt
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add agar-agar powder and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Add sugar and continue stirring until dissolved.
4. Remove from heat and add cherry blossom essence.
5. Pour mixture into jelly molds and place a cherry blossom in each mold.
6. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set.
