Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Cherries pitted and halved
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic. Mix well.
2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them with the mixture. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
4. Add cherries to the skillet and cook until they start to soften and release their juices.
5. Reduce heat and let the chicken simmer until fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
6. Serve hot with a side of steamed rice or vegetables.
