- 500 g Ground chicken
- 1 piece Egg
- ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small meatballs.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the meatballs until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
Serve the meatballs with your favorite dipping sauce.
