  • 500 g Ground chicken
  • 1 piece Egg
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the meatballs until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve the meatballs with your favorite dipping sauce.
